Your therapist will usually start by asking about any areas of tension or discomfort. You’ll then be guided onto the table and made comfortable. The therapist will work through the body using techniques suited to your chosen treatment. You can speak up at any time if you want more or less pressure.

Please wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable.For oil-based massages, most clients undress to their level of comfort; however, underwear must be worn throughout your treatment. Your therapist will ensure you are professionally draped with towels or sheets at all times, with only the area being treated exposed.For traditional Thai massage, we recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing, as the treatment involves stretching and assisted movement.Your comfort, privacy and dignity are always our priority. If you have any questions or preferences before your treatment, please let your therapist know.
